Made of stainless steel, this unit has a compact design to fit a countertop; it is 36 inches wide by 32.3 inches deep by 13 inches high.
It’s equipped with three U-shaped burners, each with a maximum heat transfer capacity of 23,000 BTU. Its 3⁄4-inch-thick steel griddle plate heats quickly, making it a good choice for establishments with spontaneous orders.
When plating orders, users can prop dishes on the 6-inch landing edge to keep plates secure.
The Sierra Range SRMG-36 commercial griddle has a heavy-gauge, welded front frame to support daily use and resist common wear and tear.
Manual controls beneath the landing edge are protected from heat conduction, reducing the risk of the operators burning their hands when managing the burners.
For easy cleaning, the unit includes back and side splashes welded to the plate to keep hot oil and grease contained.
Users can scrape leftover particles into the 4-inch-wide grease trough, which drains into the removable grease tray.
