Description

Designed to wash pots, pans, and utensils in timed wash cycles for 2, 4, or 6 minutes, this Hobart PW10-2 dishwasher only uses 1.2 gallons of water per cycle.
Using a hot water sanitation system, it includes a Sense-A-Temp™ booster heater that raises temperatures 70 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure water is 180 degrees Fahrenheit for proper cleaning.
To monitor cycle progression, the microcomputer controls provide an advanced digital cycle and temperature display, and for smooth operation, this unit includes two revolving upper and lower anti-clogging wash arms and rinse arms.
The Hobart PW10-2 pot and pan washer’s chamber accepts 10 full-sized sheet pans or a 140-quart mixing bowl.
To accommodate various dishware, it includes a flat grid, tray rack, and flat bottom rack, each of which measures 20 inches wide by 20 inches deep.
A door-type unit, it features a split-door design for full access inside the 33.79-inch-high chamber without requiring users to bend down.
