Description

The main construction is made of stainless steel, mounted on a powder-coated steel frame with chrome-plated front leveling feet. The rear legs are equipped with casters. The round cooking well has a 42-pound oil capacity and operates at 12-14 psi gauge pressure, reaching temperatures up to 375°F.
A triple-redundant safety system includes a chrome-plated relief valve, a stainless steel splash guard, and a patented single-action cam lock cover with a pressure regulator interlock. It also features a combined pressure regulator valve/remote timer control, drain valve interlock, and pressure-activated cover locking mechanism, all designed for enhanced operator convenience and safety.
The solid-state Temp-N-Time™ controller offers 10 programmable cooking profiles and includes an automatic cook-cycle counter. The Auto-Comp feature automatically adjusts cooking time based on the size and temperature of the load.
The integrated filtration system is onboard and consists of an easily accessible stainless steel filter tray assembly, powered by a 1/3 horsepower motor and a 5-gallon-per-minute rotary gear displacement oil pump.
