The lift-up lid encloses the top to maintain proper food-safe temperatures, and a full-length 12″ deep removable cutting board mounts the table surface as a space for slicing ingredients and assembling orders.
This unit is constructed of high-quality stainless steel with an aluminum interior for long-lasting use.
