Inside the unit, 3 adjustable epoxy-coated shelves make for optimal organization and high-density, non-CFC foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation adds structural strength and increases efficiency.
The LED display control ensures the temperature can be consistently monitored.
The powerful 1/4 hp refrigeration system runs on eco-friendly R448 refrigerant to keep food at temperatures between -1 to 2 degrees Fahrenheit.
It also uses thermal expansion valve technology for high-quality performance, and its bottom-mount compressor is out of the heat of hot kitchens, as hot air rises.
